This home design posed an unique challenge. The lot only allowed for a very shallow house plan. Yet the minimum main floor square footage requirements for the subdivision were quite high. We were able to meet all of the requirements and restrictions of this difficult lot and create a beautiful and livable home that met all of our client's expectations.
